Responsible Research & Innovation
RRI is an operational and conceptual framework that address social challenges using research to anticipate consequences and able to change circumstances.
→ My interest is to transfer my knowledge to companies:
- Improve Diversity & Equality for all members.
- Implement research knowledge in programs & strategies in Diversity & Inclusion Departments.
- Improve trainings about discriminations considering gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disabilities, social class and age in companies towards managers, team leaders and all workers.

My presentation was focused on how gender roles and stereotypes influence boys' and girls' STEM academic choices. Moreover, I talked about gender bias and discriminations towards women considering their sexual orientation and other factors.

→ 2019 Workshop All people can be a scientist: how to break stereotypes at The Youth Mobile Festival (YOMO), Mobile World Congress, L' Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona.
This workshop was related to the research project GESTEMI. The aim was to present women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) professions as a role models to the students and explain them the influence of the gender roles and stereotypes towards their academic choices.
→ 2018 Workshop Stereotypes and study choices at Front Marítim high school, Barcelona.
This workshop was related to the research project ESTEREO and the aim was to debate with the students about the influence of gender roles and stereotypes about girls' and boys' competences and tis influence in their perception of competences, motivation, interests and self-esteem.
